Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, qualified, motivated full-time hire to join our sales and marketing team in our New York office.

The primary responsibility of this position is to strategically work with the campaign execution team to successfully analyze and execute campaigns, including data analysis, conducting industry research, and campaign execution on both Activate + Bloglovin’ platforms. We are seeking applicants who thrive in a fast paced environment and have a keen sense of quality support and organizational skills. Applicant will also ideally have an interest in becoming an expert in influencer marketing and working in the start-up/technology world.



  • Lead campaign strategies & client account relationships
  • Analyze campaign results to ensure success of future executions and make strategic recommendations
  • Aid in the process of developing both internal and industry benchmarks to remain competitive in the marketplace
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends that will drive internal strategy and innovation
  • Build deep knowledge and versatility of Activate products, becoming a key product expert
  • Support members of the campaign execution team to execute project plans and timelines
  • Help manage day-to- day internal project communications


Skills & Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and 2 years experience
  • Digital, social, or influencer marketing experience
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, team setting
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to adapt and respond to different types of requests, needs, etc
  • High attention to detail, good organizational skills
