Account Coordinator - Customer Support

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join the Account Management team in our New York office. The primary responsibility of the Account Coordinator is to strategically work with self-serve and professional service clients to successfully provide support to customer requests and inquiries as a service and product specialist for the Bloglovin' + Activate platform and technology.

We are seeking applicants who thrive in a fast paced environment and have a keen sense of quality customer support, outstanding communication and organizational skills. Applicant will also ideally have an interest in becoming an expert in influencer marketing and working in the start-up/technology world.


Responsibilities would include:

  • Build deep knowledge & versatility of Bloglovin’ products, becoming a key product expert
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information regarding our products and platform
  • Manage large amounts of incoming customer requests and inquires
  • Identify and assess client requests on a daily basis to ensure brand satisfaction and smooth campaign executions
  • Ability to handle inquires and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Assist clients and bloggers on troubleshooting issues, report and analyze customers’ information and needs
  • Work with campaign execution team to ensure campaign success


Skills & Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Recent grad to 1 year of experience in digital or marketing industry
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, team setting
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Customer Service software
  • Ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers, needs, etc
  • High attention to detail, good organizational skills
