Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager: Sales Development, who possesses experience and a successful track record of creating proposals for custom campaigns as well as a strong proficiency in the social media marketing space. The primary responsibility of the Senior Marketing Manager is to ideate new and innovative concepts for advertisers; and to become an expert in influencer marketing. You are excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments and work effectively on a team.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Creating & ideating strategic custom program packages for brands and key categories.
  • Researching clients current marketing initiatives and developing proactive packages for growth across accounts
  • Working with our Community Team to find the best influencer recommendations based on client KPIs
  • Presenting innovative concepts to clients with Sales Directors
  • Being a leader within a dynamic organization and team
  • Working with Sales Team to create robust and efficient Media Plans
  • Analyzing post-campaign data to evaluate performance, learn from and apply what's applicable for future success
  • Sourcing, engaging and executing client and tentpole events
  • Ability to dual manage client + influencer relationships
  • Pre-sales support on all large scale 360 programs

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • At least 3-5 years of years of experience in digital advertising and marketing creating custom campaign proposals
  • Knowledge of Influencer + Blogger Community
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Top performance record
  • Experience with media planning and general marketing/web analytics is a huge plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Keynote and Photoshop
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage time sensitive matters
  • Must be a problem solver and ability to think outside of the box
  • Must possess a positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
