Senior Product Manager, Activate

We leverage ACTIVATE, our proprietary influencer marketing technology and world’s largest  influencer network, with over 650K global influencers, to work on native advertising and influencer marketing campaigns with many of the world’s most renowned brands, including Burberry, Campbell’s, Dolce & Gabbana Fragrances, Gucci, H&M, NARS, Post Foods, and Tom’s of Maine.

With direct, authenticated access to over 650K global influencers, organized by hundreds of areas of influence -- we help brand partners identify the right digital  influencers for their brand, whether it be young ‘cool moms’ with twins, NYC-based ‘sneakerheads’, urbanite wine-enthusiasts, or even beauty creators obsessed with organic products.  Our technology makes it super simple to collaborate with hundreds or even thousands of influencers on scalable custom content campaigns across social channels, and manage and measure these campaigns every step of the way.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on Bloglovin’s Influencer Marketing platform Activate. This is an opportunity to be part of a small talented product team, where you can make a significant impact building and launching next generation of our influencer marketing platform. If you are passionate about solving client problems, building the right products and seeing them through their complete life cycle then this opportunity is for you.
 

Responsibilities

  • Understand Activate’s strategy and competitive position, and work closely with our product team to help shape plans for evolving the overall experience for both influencers and brands
  • Assimilate and understand challenges faced by clients and influencers
  • Propose solutions and new features to address user challenges
  • Come up with new product ideas to keep Activate competitive in the market
  • Work with the engineering team to prioritize and launch high-impact features
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and community teams for product launches and communication to external stakeholders
  • Define KPIs, run A/B tests, analyze results and communicate findings to the organization

This role will report into the Chief Product Officer and work directly with the our designers and engineers.

 

Skills And Qualifications

  • 4+ years product management experience with a focus on developing customer (B2B) or consumer (B2C) focused experiences (media/news sites are not included)
  • Knowledge of the market and understanding of competitor products
  • Experience and interest in simple and functional user interfaces
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
