Research & Insights (Content Marketing) Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to join our Research & Insights team. You write and produce various types of insightful downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and project management skills. The role will be reporting to the VP of Business Development.


  • Collaborate on overall strategy spanning content, partnerships, events and organic and paid promotion on social, web, and email to grow our overall footprint
  • Create content and research resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, and awareness (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.).
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers
  • Grow our subscriber base of CMOs, Brand Managers, and other marketing professionals by providing them with regular, insightful, ‘thought leadership’ content that’s aligned with their needs and interests
  • Drive valuable partnerships with other companies that can co-promote and co-produce content with us
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
  • Manage and track marketing performance analytics and reporting



  • BA/BS degree
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a content marketing or research related role, specifically in producing content with channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Past experience building audiences either online or offline
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
  • Proficiency with Excel a must
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign) a plus
