Job Description

As a part of the Community + Support team, you will be the first voice users contacting us will hear. You'll be the first impression they'll have of Bloglovin's team, and it’s really important to us that this is a pleasant and friendly experience. We are looking for someone who is eager to help people and able to explain difficult processes to non-technical users + assist with community account management.



You will be the first line of contact for our users, mainly through our ticketing system and through email. The job involves replying to support and community inquiries and helping our users with different problems that may arise. Your day-to-day tasks will range from explaining how a certain feature works to reporting bugs to the development team and help gather feedback. 

There will always be challenging and complex situations, and you will be deeply involved in the general health of our platform + community, so expect a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will be to make sure that our users always have a pleasant and helpful support experience, communicating issues as clearly as possible to the rest of the team.


Skills And Qualifications

  • This role is all about communication, so being able to communicate clearly is imperative
  • Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving
  • Some experience in a support/service capacity
  • Skilled at maintaining customer care while troubleshooting + solving technical issues.
  • Experience working with bloggers is a plus
  • Confident to adapt to new and different responsibilities based on need
